Vance has been blessed to combine his background in government, philanthropy, banking, and finance to serve as an Executive Board Member and Global Board Member for several organizations.

He has worked with and advised executives, political figures, ministries, faith-based organizations, and nonprofits in leadership development, financial literacy, and other programming capacities.

​

Vance serves as an ordained Elder and Assistant Pastor at his local church. He is a loving father and is married to the love of his life, Nina, for more than 12 years.
